DEEP-DIVE INITIAL SESSION

We’ll start with a thorough intake, discussing your goals, digestion, current eating habits, relationship with food, and more. We will talk about where you have been successful in the past, as well as what your barriers may be. You may be asked to complete a 3-day food and mood journal. You also have the option of a full-body scan showing your current body fat and lean mass percentages.

When she is not busy sharing her passion for real food nutrition, she is on the go with her four active kids and many pets, running between school events and their ranch home. Emily likes to say that food saved her life. Her own health struggles led her to become an advocate for the health and wellness of others. She provides a science-backed, client-centered, individual approach to helping people meet their health goals. She believes food can be your most powerful medicine, but also believes in the importance of movement, stress management, and a positive mindset to bring your health to its optimal level.
