Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)
Lymphatic system activation
A gentle manual technique and a potent way to activate the Lymphatic system. It is useful, especially when the Lymph capacity is reduced because of prior surgeries and/or cancer treatments such as radiation. MLD specifically focuses on the lymphatic vessels to help the flow.

Meet Ann
Ann specializes in treating oncology and lipedema patients. Her MLD treatments are beneficial for managing scar tissue, fibrosis, and lymphedema that may occur as a result from surgery and/or radiation.
Ann provides a safe massage for all medical conditions – with experience in post-surgery massage, massage for all stages of cancer, and assisting in the prevention and maintenance of all stages of lymphedema and lipedema.
Ann works very closely with Physical and Occupational Therapists assisting their patients with ongoing treatments.
Meet Sarah
Sarah has been a massage therapist for almost half a decade; and has been trained in Swedish and Deep tissue massage. Having learned the benefits of hot stone and cupping massage and just recently finishing certification to become a Medical Massage Practitioner, Sarah hopes to make a difference in the lives of her clients. Whether that be a moment of luxurious self-indulgence or something of a more therapeutic nature.
Sarah spends her time away from work reading, knitting, playing games, watching internet debates, and spending time with my family.
