New patients receiving IV therapy or micronutrient injections must complete an annual Good Faith Exam with a licensed provider. This brief telemedicine evaluation allows the provider to review your medical history and determine whether these services are appropriate for you.
A $35 deposit is required when booking an appointment. Contact the Amarillo office with questions about deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling policies.
Certain services—including hormone therapy, peptide therapy, take-home NAD+ injections and ketamine therapy—require a provider consultation before beginning.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended for provider visits, blood work, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, ketamine therapy, aesthetics, and other services requiring preparation. Contact the office if you are unsure which appointment to schedule. Walk-ins are welcome for IV therapy and injections.
What is a Good Faith Exam?
A Good Faith Exam is a brief medical evaluation completed by a licensed provider before a new patient receives IV therapy or micronutrient injections. The annual exam costs $30 and helps determine whether these services are appropriate for you.
Is a booking deposit required?
Yes. A $35 deposit is required when booking an appointment. Contact IVRS for current cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Does IVRS Amarillo accept insurance?
IVRS does not currently accept insurance. Patients may request an itemized receipt to submit to their insurance provider or eligible reimbursement account, but reimbursement is not guaranteed. IVRS also accepts HSA and CareCredit.
Does IVRS provide primary care for children and adults?
Yes. IVRS Amarillo provides primary medical care for patients of all ages. Available care may include preventive visits, evaluation of new concerns, diagnostic testing, medication management and ongoing health support.
Do I need a consultation for hormone or peptide therapy?
Yes. These services require a provider evaluation. Your provider may review your symptoms, medical history, medications and lab results before recommending a personalized plan.
Is ketamine therapy available in Amarillo?

You do not have to choose alone. The IVRS team can review your health history, current concerns, and goals to help determine whether an IV or injection may be appropriate.
How long does an IV infusion take?
Appointment times vary depending on the ingredients, fluid volume, and type of infusion. Standard hydration infusions may be shorter, while NAD+ and other specialty infusions may require more time.
Are IV therapy and injections appropriate for everyone?
No service is appropriate for everyone. Health conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, and other factors may affect eligibility. IVRS reviews each patient’s medical history before providing care.
Which services are only available in Amarillo?
The Class IV Laser Pod and aesthetic services are currently exclusive to the Amarillo location. Other Amarillo-specific recovery services may include cryotherapy, ketamine therapy, Normatec compression, and 3D body scanning.
Does IVRS offer telemedicine?
Yes. Telemedicine is available for eligible consultations and follow-up appointments. Some concerns, examinations, tests, and services still require an in-person visit.
